This is the sort of company you wish was the model for all other eBay businesses. The owner actually answered the phone the first time I called. He was knowledge, helpful and open to making an arrangement that suited us both. I ordered a very heavy item, a VFD, and he and his guys actually BUILT a box/crate himself, with no additional cost for shipping, and the VFD arrived before he said it would.
