Zero complaints. They installed a new starter on my MB and were super easy and straightforward to deal with. Let me know how much and when it would be ready and were completely honest on both accounts. Honest mechanics can be hard to find and I'm glad I found one.

New England Imports is, by far, the most unprofessional shop I have ever encountered. Whether I asked too many questions, or the wrong question, I don't know, but three days after taking in my car for repair, they told me that they were no longer going to fix it, and that I should come and get it. I was accused of having a "bad attitude," and told they don't work with "people like you." I wish I'd never gone there.
