My husband passed in the Agawam South facility. I spoke with NE Hospice about services for him. He never received services for what ever reason. How long does it take to provide supports to someone who is dying. As he was dying he had lab work to determine what? A few days following that phone call he passed in a cruel uncaring I manner.
Words cannot express my gratitude to the New England Hospice group who cared for my mother during her final, precious days at Agawam South Rehab. Each NEH member who showed up in the green jacket (including the Chaplain’s beautiful dog Webster!) had their own special qualities and brought so much comfort and warmth to my entire family. They continue to offer invaluable support to my sister and myself after Mom’s passing so I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who is facing the end stages of a loved ones life.
My Mother was receiving care from the Milford team. Mear words can not explain the compassion and dedication of this team of professionals. The support we got was incredible, we could not have done this without them. Thank you NEH for being there for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION .
They were wonderful, 4 ladies came to meet my dad. Very professional and reassuring.
