Had a great experience with New England Home Restoration, Jack (Owner) and their installers (Zee, Iggy, etc). The company owner was always responsive and helpfull. The installers replaced an old Bow Window, and I had only positive interactions with all, they came did the work, protected my wood floors, and left everything clean when they were done. Trustworthy and helpful. Thought I had a bigger issue than I had and they were able to give me some advice to solve my issue over the phone. In the future if I need any work done they will be my first call.
I called Jack due to a mold problem in a closet in my basement from a leak. He called me the same day, sent his team over the next day and it was taken care of within a week. Quick, professional and reasonable! I would highly recommend New England Home Restoration LLC!
