Got my order on time and what I needed!
Worst DME company ever. It is now 6 weeks since the order for diabetes CGM transmitters was placed. Their staff lied multiple times saying they sent info to the insurance company and they never did. They lied about what was needed before submission to the insurer. Both I and BCBS called them DAILY for 2 weeks trying to get the shipment sent. My family member with T1 DM had an unexpected low so severe ER care would be recommended. They are so incompetent that they risk patients lives.
