Used the online booking which was very simple to use. Promptly received a message confirming the date and time. Gary was arrived early enough to be ontime and very pleasant and not overbearing he did a very detailed cleaning to out mitsubishi heatpump completed within a hour. He answered any questions i had and gave tips.I would absolutely recommend NE Heat pump over and over again.

Gary installed a 2nd heat pump in my house in Searsport. We needed to adjust the installation a bit to clear wall for a future awning install and move the inside head unit to better location. He was very accommodating and kindly even made an extra trip to his supplier in Bangor. He's punctual, an excellent communicator, and the quality of his installation reflects what a true professional installer should be. You won't be disappointed if you hire him.
