I have been going to NE Hearing for about four years. Everyone has been wonderful! They have helped me adjust to being hearing impaired and providing me with the information and equipment I have needed.
The Doctor was friendly and helpful. She knew her information and explained it well. I found out that I'm not deaf. I have a problem with ringing in my ears. Which really comes from my brain. That sound gets in the way of how I hear the words that are spoken.
My husband has been going for many years, they are always professional, courteous, will fit you in at your schedule, very convenient, they have a few offices which makes it handy.staff always friendly and helpful, I just can’t say enough about them, and they take their time to make sure you have right hearing aids, that they properly work and fit you, and they even clean them , great service
