Would not recommend NEGP for many reasons: - The initial job quality was terrible (see pictures), and I had to climb onto the roof myself to take the photos to have them come back and address it, which they did, but even after their revisit, it was still not a great job. Disrespectful and unprofessional experience. I spoke with an employee to schedule a particular time for them to arrive at our house for a quote and they did not show up. We waited 40 minutes before leaving a voicemail and text. They also did not call or send any kind of message to indicate why they didn't come when scheduled. They finally responded more than a day later with an excuse but not an apology.
Team was professional, courteous, and surprisingly fast. New gutters look and work great! No maintenance needed and they included a nice detail at the top that makes them look a cut above the rest. Very pleased with the final outcome.
