Purchased 500 gallon LP tank with install. The first installers would not install the tank, so they needed another crew to come back and drop in hole after a 1 week delay. The tank fuel gauge is now not working and they indicated they are not responsible for the gauge on a 9 month old tank since another company is providing fuel. BTW - the LP cost from New England was about $1.25 more a gallon than their competitor. Disappointed. The one positive thing about NE Propane is the phone staff is very nice.
Dennis Nemchek is wonderful! Also, Keith Yager and Gus from the New England Propane team are excellent. Everyone makes it their priority to ensure 100% satisfaction with every visit. I will always recommend New England Propane and their incredible team!
