When Tom first came over for an estimate, he made it seem like everything was going to look like new. I needed work done on some steps & a railings. On the 1st day of the job, they were supposed to show up at 8 a.m. 8 turned into 10:30, 10:30 turn it to 12:30! What a awful job! The steps came out horrible! He was suppose fix a railing, (sand and paint) I could have done a better job myself. He did credit me on that. Completed the job (foundation repair, and received full payment). Not two weeks after, the "sealant", put on the foundation was almost all run off from rain! The cement put around the foundation, was dried and chipped out, it is almost completely useless at this point. Tom claimed he was going to come and repair the repair job on the foundation, and I have not heard anything since June 2019. Phone number does not work, and there is no reply to emails.
