Sam and his team were professional, very informative, and very quick to respond to any call or text. We truly appreciated how quickly they worked to give us beautiful floors in our new home. The previous owners had destroyed the hardwood floors with water stains & animal pee, but Sam team was able to get everything out. They also had the most reasonable pricing. We’ll definitely be using them again in our next project!
Sam and his crew were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish and clean-up, impeccable attention to detail, communication and truly cared about us, this wasn't just another project on the list. Best floor company around! They did a great job with the new installation and refinishing the old floors (very clean work) Sam is a great person to work with and gave us great advice!
Just moved into an older house with pretty rough wood floors throughout. Had to get them sanded and refinished, and went with New England Floor Sanding. We are so so impressed with Sam’s work. Great price, super easy to work with, and beautiful results! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their floors done.
These guys are “PHENOMENAL”!! I’ve had several other companies do my hardwood floors, but there’s NO comparison ! Sam (the owner) and his entire staff are detail oriented, perfectionists who know how to produce spectacular long lasting results. Their work is outstanding and they clean up every spec of dust left from the process. These are the ONLY PEOPLE I will allow to do my floors, as they come out perfect every time. They just don’t get any better than these guys. You’ll be glad you called them .
