We had a great experience with New England Floor Sanding. They were flexible with our renovation schedule and able to come in and restore our 100+ year old floors. They look brand new and we can’t wait to move into our new home and enjoy all the beautifully preserved hardwood!
We had hired another company to refinish our 23+ year old floors and wanted the natural, light look using Bona. Unfortunately, the company we originally hired did not know how to use this product and completely destroyed all of our floors. Wanted to lighten up my red oak floors from the very yellowish gold color, was thinking about replacing the floors but after researching some companies and the wonderful reviews New England floor Sanding had I reached out to them. Sam and his team were great to work with. Our floors were in pretty rough condition with large marks and noticeable scuffs. They look great after working with Sam. He was easy to work with, communicated well, and provided fair pricing. We would work with him anytime!
The owner communicated well about arrival times and fit us in last minute after another company suddenly cancelled. They listened to our concerns about floor color and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the final results. They were clean throughout the process, and the floors look great again!
