Day 20. Have lost 21 pounds and 3.5" around my gut (fondly known as Joe). I really miss my breakfast, but I am managing. 63 years old and have never eaten so healthy in my life. Also, have never hydrated like this. I am really learning a lot about nutrition and will be applying the knowledge when I hit Normalization Phase. But for now, can't wait for Maintenance Phase.

Really wanted this to work but after 22 days weight stalled, I had a lot of pain and skin and hair dried up! The doctor told me to cook in coconut oil, duh I had been for awhile! Very constipated and miserable! Can't really talk to anyone it text
