I walked in here on a Sunday, with a really bad pinched nerve in my neck, and awful muscle spasms. The service was very pleasant and quick. These are very good people.
I have been unable to get Dr. Balachandran & his office to complete the paperwork necessary to process my CT Paid Leave for the time the Doctor put me out of work due to my illness. But they were able to bill my insurance within 5 days & the payment was issued in 7!! I am sad to be here giving only 2 stars. Dr Balachandran is an amazing doctor- and in addition to his depth of knowledge, he shows genuine care & concern! Saved my family many times when in desperate need of medical treatment for ailments at the worst time. Might need to wait but 5 stars for always getting our ailments fixed fast!! Thank you for always being there no matter what day of the week it is!
