I was suffering from extreme foot pain that I thought was plantar fasciitis and saw Dr Pantano. He was so wonderful in designing a treatment plan and I felt immediate improvements within 24 hours. I love that there was a follow up 6 weeks later to see how I was doing and make any adjustments to my treatment. After that second session my pain is entirely gone. If there were 10 stars, I would give Dr. Pantano and the entire staff at New England Foot Care all 10!! From my initial phone contact to make my first time appointment, (when the receptionist even advised me to come early due to it often being a busy parking lot) to the lovely, friendly receptionist who greeted me upon my arrival, to the professional yet friendly medical assistant who got me settled, the tone was set for the arrival of the doctor himself! I was simply blown away by the level of care I received from Dr. Pantano and his staff. Not only did Dr. Pantano carefully explain and answer all questions regarding what I'll need to be doing for the next foreseeable future, he even wrote down all the crucial information on a piece of paper so that I wasn't as overwhelmed by the new foot care routine that I would have to be on. I would 100% recommend his clinic to everyone.
Highly recommend Dr. Ricci and this practice. Dr. Ricci listened to my concerns, provided a roadmap of care options, and took the time to answer all of my questions. With her recommendations, I was able to overcome a foot problem that had caused pain for over a year.
I’m a new patient. Melissa is very thorough ,answered all my questions and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this practice.
