After going to this clinic for a few years, I ultimately decided to switch providers due to concerns about my son’s care. He was misdiagnosed, which unfortunately delayed him from getting the glasses he needed to correct his vision. I truly wish I had sought a second opinion sooner. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
I think they must double book because the wait times are very long and they will always push you to see an optometrist and not a Doctor. There are so many better practices out there. Don’t waste your time.
The people working the front desk are genuinely some of the most incompetent people I've ever experienced. I needed contact lenses, and over the course of 3 different phone calls, I reiterated and clarified what my appointment was for. My first appointment was cancelled because they didn't realize how much time is needed for a contact lens appointment.
