I can’t even get through the front desk to make a stupid appointment!!!! Will look for another eye doctor in the area
Ok. Why the 1 star review?! This place is the best! They are fast at checking eyes, and only have to wait till my eyes got dilated all the way. And I had a great technician and I had Dr Yoo. I recommend this place! These one start reviews are a joke.
I had the greatest care here from the entire team and Dr Liang is the best as well as the entire staff thanks!
I've had two appointments to determine treatment (surgery) for vertical strabismus. Wait time in office was minimal (a few minutes). Every doctor, technician, and front-office staff person was professional, friendly, and helpful. Every phone call was answered, every question answered. Communication through the portal was easy, and responses addressed exactly what I'd asked about--all in a timely manner. Follow-up and follow-through were thorough.
