Really hate to leave a bad review, but this office calls for it. Although my last experience here was terrible, I'll start by highlighting Dr. Kopani. He is WONDERFUL! Probably the best interaction I've ever had with a doctor. He is caring, attentive, validating, informative, and generous with his time. We need more medical professionals like him. Very professional and customer oriented office.
This office is the BEST! You can tell how much they really care about their patients. Dr. Desai is such a warm and knowledgeable person! As we all know, it's rare to find a doctor who is both super smart and also has really good communication skills and is so caring! she's the best! also, I really want to highlight Trisha. Having an unknown eye issue going on, they got me in quickly, even though I was a new patient. The Dr was very thorough and caring. She caught a very serious issue on my first exam and has followed me closely since. Great Dr & no issues with staff, scheduling, or anything else I’ve seen in the reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say!
