The office staff was great with the whole process . As a new home owner in another state . The field installation team worked closely with my son. Who was local to the property. Jebb and his wonderful team refinished my pool deck on Monday.Throughout the process, from quote to completion, the communication was excellent. Cody was efficient with his follow ups and reminders. Jebb and his team were professional, friendly, and extremely hard working . It was amazing to see the owner working along side his team in the heat and keeping everything flowing . The pool deck came out absolutely beautiful , and the attention to detail was very impressive- we are so pleased and highly recommend NE Epoxy!
