Can only give 1 star. I tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment for a hearing test. Called during normal business hours. Not during lunch hour, but I would get transferred to call answering service. 3 calls, once a week and no return call. I need hearing aids.

Have been to EENT before .. Fitst time with Jessica …. The office was very pleasant and accommodating, with squeezing me in for a much needed issue !! Pleasant office staff and Jessica was great and thorough ! Explaining things step by step..The reason for not having 5 stars … I find the wait time and calling in to the office a bit frustrating.. Had an appointment with Mary Lam because my ear was bleeding. She told me that there was too much blood to see what was going on and that it was probably a scratch despite my telling her I'd had trouble with my hearing as well as crackling for weeks. She didnt bother to rinse my ear to find the issue. Called to make my follow up with a different doctor there and recieved serious attitude. I dont know about the other doctors but I'd avoid Lam. I will not be going back.
