The company had an offer for a "free" energy assessment for ******* residents. I live in ******* and set up an appointment. However, when they sent me the confirmation email for my appointment, the email clearly stated the appointment would cost $149. I canceled as I think that is a deceitful practice. When I called to ask, the woman on the phone said it is free for *******. Then rudely hung up on me when I expressed that's not what the email to me says and how do I trust that I won't owe this money at the end of the appoint... read more
