Although I didn’t hire them as of yet Jeff was really helpful and responsive and I had an estimate within the same day!
We are a small church in Manchester, CT with one elevator. We recently went out to bid our expiring contract with a national firm we were unhappy with. New England Elevator was the only firm that actually sent out a rep to look at our equipment before quoting us. The quotes were all the same, but New England Elevator provided more services the others did not.
