The work done by the person is good. The price was reasonable too. However, absolutely rude customer service. We had some financial issue thus we could not pay on time. Now that I wanted to pay, the person will not waive a one of the late fees (out of two). She was literally victim-blaming that it is my fault that I did not contact them earlier. Thus, she would not waive the fee. It seems to me a power trip by her. I am surely not go back to this place anymore.
We have been using New England Electrical for 2+ years now. They came highly recommended and we now know why. They are professional, knowledgeable and the office keeps us informed when the electrician will be arriving. I highly recommend New England Electrical.
New England Electric has done a great job for us on several fronts. They service our generator on a regular basis and they recently installed an electrical outlet in the basement for a water sensor. Our experience with them has always been very good. They are reliable and knowledgeable. We’ve been very pleased.
