My appointment was with Dr. Shehan and, I'm sorrry to say, I did not know that an endoscopy might be necessary for an exam (I was thinking CT scan). So I was a little put off by that paperwork when I got there, thinking I should just leave and not waste the doctor's time. I should not have worried. Her assistant understood my fear and told me about her recent experience, what was involved and that it was not a long process. -Doesn't get back from online contact -Doesn't pick up on office hours and -Doesn't call back for new patient inquiries. I'm astounded by the front office.
I have found Dr. Aliphas to be the consummate physician, highly skilled and empathic. I totally trust his judgment and feel that he is dedicated to providing excellent diagnosis and treatment in a respectful and caring relationship,
I feel so fortunate to have found this office and specifically Johanna. Johanna was so warm, knowledgeable, and professional. She put me at ease and really took the time to listen to me. I left my appointment with a plan for managing my allergies which also cleared up my chronic sinus/ear infections. I recommend Johanna to all my friends now. She’s the best of the best.
