Kevin and crew rebuilt my hatchway walls and installed new stairs and door. They set up a tent over the work site so they could continue working in the rain. The end product far exceeds my expectations. It is perfect. They took care of my property and made sure the site was clean before leaving. It was a pleasure to have this crew working on my home. This crew and representative were great! Professional, knew their business. Came out to clean up and insulate crawlspace, and build a concrete block wall. Left it immaculate and were done in two days. Would use them without question (and the price was very reasonable).
My experience with ct dry basement was great very professional without a bought I would recommend them to everyone they did a wonderful job they finished two weeks ago and am very pleased they seed the grass and leaves everything in great condition thanks to everyone who did the job.
We had a negative experience with this company after they did construction work for our neighbor. Their crew damaged our lawn by driving heavy machinery over it, leaving deep ruts and uneven soil. They also spilled oil, which contaminated part of the ground. I contacted Cristina as instructed and sent photos. She said they would evaluate the damage but gave no time frame and never followed up directly. Someone eventually came and reseeded the area without contacting us, but they didn’t address the oil spill or the ground dam... read more
This review is long overdue but, as flooding rains pour down outside, I am SO thankful for my dry basement -- and these experts who gave it to us!
