This crew and representative were great! Professional, knew their business. Came out to clean up and insulate crawlspace, and build a concrete block wall. Left it immaculate and were done in two days. Would use them without question (and the price was very reasonable).
My experience with ct dry basement was great very professional without a bought I would recommend them to everyone they did a wonderful job they finished two weeks ago and am very pleased they seed the grass and leaves everything in great condition thanks to everyone who did the job.
We had a negative experience with this company after they did construction work for our neighbor. Their crew damaged our lawn by driving heavy machinery over it, leaving deep ruts and uneven soil. They also spilled oil, which contaminated part of the ground. I contacted Cristina as instructed and sent photos. She said they would evaluate the damage but gave no time frame and never followed up directly. This review is long overdue but, as flooding rains pour down outside, I am SO thankful for my dry basement -- and these experts who gave it to us!
After getting 3 other quotes from other companies that involved intricate excavations and radical interventions and estimates with many zeros, New England Dry Basements came and worked with us to truly understand what was going on with the water issue in our basement. They recommended a solution that made sense from a scientific and economic perspective.
