Service dept. does do great professional work. Yes, sometimes the wait period can be lengthy due to a back-up of jobs but also because the techs & their foreman are making sure the problem(s) the truck has is addressed properly. Just to clarify one thing, if the cause of failure is due to OEM issues such as a driveline or cooler failure, then it absolutely DOES void the warranty of an installed component such as a $15,000 transmission.

Place has gone downhill fast. I don’t recommend bringing anything there unless you want to be robbed of your money while getting some of the most inexperienced rude service I have ever gotten. It’s really too bad what has happened to this company.
