I very rarely give 1 star reviews but NEDG Boston has been an absolute nightmare. They made me open a credit line right after my procedure when I was still post-op and not even fully aware, and then somehow managed to screw that up too. I’ve already paid over $600 out of pocket for something they couldn’t even communicate correctly in the first place, and they’re STILL chasing me months later for more money. The whole process feels shady, careless, cold and honestly disrespectful. I wish I had never gone there.
I’m really disappointed with this dental office. Out of nowhere, I received a bill on November 17th claiming I owed $98 for a service done 16 months ago. The notice said it was my “final notification before collections” — yet this was literally the first time I had ever been contacted about it. The office has my email and cell number, and they regularly text me for appointments, but never once sent any email, text, or call about this balance.
