Very good experience, from the receptionist until the doctor, they have a very modern clinic.
Dr. Iacomacci was excellent. She identified an issue not previously identified, and she did a great job constructing a crown for my tooth.
Very bad experience. It started with being told I needed a crown. I then went to another trusted doctor (who used to work at NEDG but was apparently “kicked out”) and was told I did not need a crown after all. This clearly shows they were pushing an expensive overtreatment instead of providing the care you actually needed. And we all know there’s no way back once you get a crown. On top of that, I dropped off my insurance ID at the front desk right after paying out of pocket for a routine cleaning. The receptionist was nice ... read more
