We recently purchased a Kawasaki Mule from New England Cycle Works. Justin and the entire team there were outstanding to deal with. They actually returned calls and emails quickly, provided great options for all of our questions. They should provide customer service training to other companies!!!

My shopping experience at New England Cycle Works was outstanding from my first visit to my purchase day. I started out shopping to find the right bike, I was greeted at the door by Chris. He was very helpful and must have pulled out 6 different bikes for me to sit on and check out in that visit.
