These folks are great, Ive purchased a trailer from them as well as my ATV. They also did the work on my ATV to install the winch, and plow…I had a great sales guy, Jeff and their service dept rocks! Very happy customer here.
Great place to get a motorcycle. I drove 1.5 hours after visiting 2 other dealers near me. Jeff A was very helpful and to the point. Whole process took less than 20 minutes and I purchased the motorcycle I was looking for. It was worth the 1.5 hours drive.
We recently purchased a Kawasaki Mule from New England Cycle Works. Justin and the entire team there were outstanding to deal with. They actually returned calls and emails quickly, provided great options for all of our questions. They should provide customer service training to other companies!!!
