I wanted to do a dormer to expand a ridiculously small upstairs bathroom, but I also needed a new roof. It made sense to do the dormer and the new roof altogether. I recently bought a 1960’s house which comes with its challenges. I had a leak in the roof which I discovered was made of Structural Insulation Panels (SIP). Kris was the only contractor willing to help me out. He researched SIP’s and had some come remove shingles to see how mine were constructed. He went out of the way to order replacements, install, repair the inside ceiling, and shingle the new roof. I am very pleased with the outcome of our new custom shower, and the shiplap wall that was done. A couple small issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Working with Kris was great. It’s hard to find Contractors who actually CALL YOU BACK! The main holdup on the project starting was waiting for the shower plumbing, as it was on back order. Would recommend!
