I am very pleased with the outcome of our new custom shower, and the shiplap wall that was done. A couple small issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Working with Kris was great. It’s hard to find Contractors who actually CALL YOU BACK! The main holdup on the project starting was waiting for the shower plumbing, as it was on back order. Would recommend!
I am enjoying my new kitchen. Kris worked with me to get the truly custom kitchen I wanted.
Kris, Chris and the team did an amazing job on our kitchen ceiling and portico. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism throughout the project. Highly recommended!
Sadly my experience with NECR was very unprofessional. The two workers came unprepared on the first day. I provided trash bags and rags. They used my only functional sink to clean their tools but did not clean up the mess afterwards and used up my paper towels. They sanded sheet rock but did not close the doors so my whole house is covered in sheet rock dust. They left all their supplies an equipment in the hallway making it difficult to get to my bedroom. I can highly recommend Kris Whitehead and New England Custom Remodeling! Kris personally spent hours investigating the issues, informing us of the options, doing his own research an alternative materials we suggested. His contractors had to work through some bad weather and personal issues, but it was handled super professionally!
