I had a positive experience here. Out of the local areas, this center had the most affordable pricing for fertility preservation services. I was able to get in contact with someone easily and they were patient in answering all the questions I had. They even got me in for a quick appointment. I appreciate them making this process less stressful for me!
The front desk woman was exceptional! She was so sweet and thoughtful and made sure i understood what to do!

My Kindbody tissues got transferred here. And I have been trying to get in touch with them to consolidate my other eggs. They are the worst at answering or giving a coherent repsonse. Their transfer coordinator Joyce is a joke. Somehow in the past month, everytime I have called, she has been unavailable. And then this lady has not had the decency to call me back since. Our embryos were transferred here without our knowledge - we were told that we received an “email” and it probably went to junk. Ok, fine. Any information on chain of custody? Nope - just a random spread sheet I was told. You will not be able to speak to anyone unless they call you back on their own time days later.
