Phone service was short and unclear, but once I walked in I was met with nice, respectful people who helped explain the appointment. Only clinic in the area, but I'm not complaining.

My boyfriend and I chose this clinic because the hospital recommended it to us, but unfortunately, there are people who don't understand the importance of this process and simply insist on helping when that's what they're supposedly there for. I don't recommend the clinic to anyone. Look for another place where people at least have empathy and actually provide information and whatever is necessary to ensure safety, because that's what we're looking for, and it's not free; we were paying for it.
