My boyfriend and I chose this clinic because the hospital recommended it to us, but unfortunately, there are people who don't understand the importance of this process and simply insist on helping when that's what they're supposedly there for. I don't recommend the clinic to anyone. Look for another place where people at least have empathy and actually provide information and whatever is necessary to ensure safety, because that's what we're looking for, and it's not free; we were paying for it. If I could give them a minus 10 I would, extremely rude staff answering the phone. Had very important question about genetic testing of their donor, staff does not care about question and answers in a very agressive voice "we test per FDA" which does not mean anything since FDA rules change through times. I then have to beg for them to give me a list of what they test for, I finally am directed to a page on their site (I really have to beg for this?) to discover they test the bare minimum.
