Very unorganized company. Waited almost 2 months to get 1 check. Supervisors are very ignorant and treat labors with no respect. Equipment that is able to be rented out is 9x out of 10 badly damaged. very unprofessional
Great service. Particularly the delivery team. A last minute add of the heater lamps due to colder than expected weather were delivered within a couple of hours. Gorgeous products! Can't wait until my next party so that I can use them again.
Worst company ever. I booked them 7 months before my wedding, paid several thousands of dollars. They were supposed to deliver around 9 am in the morning. My wedding was set to start at 6 pm. They "finally" arrived after my guests did. Of course, we could not use any of the items we rented for the ceremony because my guests were already filling into the room. DO NOT use this company... They showed up way LATE to our wedding and delayed/cut short our wedding. They were assembling the arbor while all our guests were there watching one hour past our scheduled ceremony time, we couldn't even use half the flowers we bought due to time. Their chairs got paint all over everyone, they were assembling the dance floor during cocktail hour and were getting debris all in our guests food. This is a SCAM. I paid thousands of dollars, they have not complied with their contract. Couldn't reach them for hours on the day of my wedding. When I finally reached them, they hanged up on me. I have never received a refund or an apology. STAY AWAY!
