Worst bed side manner, very rude
If i could leave 0 stars I could. Was told to come here for Lab testing and staff was very hostile at the door.
They are the worst people ever didn’t called me to inform me that my son’s appointment was cancelled because of Nashoba Valley hospital In Ayer, mass closed down. I called the office twice to verify the appointment and who ever respond the appointment was confirmed. Me and my son drove and hour and 10 minutes to get to the appointment for 9am and told us that his appointment was cancelled went back home to find out why the doctors gave my son a referral for this place and we were told the same that they had cancelled the app... read more
