I was covered by a Dr Merchant & a NP Laura Ann Bouer while at Whitney Place in Natick Assisted Living Facility. After 1 1/2 years I moved to Independent living. Before I was able to find another PCP to cover me. The NP Laura Ann Bouer dropped me as her patient resulting in me running out of my medication. I became very ill. I contacted her office numerous times begging for refills. I finally went to the ER after 9 days without my meds and was admitted. Its going on 5 days and I am still in the Hospital. The nurse practitioners at this practice are absolutely fabulous and it is clear how much they care for their patients out in the community. This is a wonderful organization that truly values people. Tasia, the medical assistant, is also a huge help and always makes the experience better.
They bailed out on my parents. I hope it’s only me
