I called and spoke with Jim initially after dealing with an online design company (very pushy online co). I was pleased to find Jim was local. He asked for a budget and styles I liked. He came up with a design and only tweaked a couple things. All within my budget. Install was pretty quick in less than a day and a half. I was very pleased with the communication and knowledge he provided throughout the process. I had a shoe rack that fit perfectly that I was able to incorporate after and it all came out beautifully.

Working with New England Closets & Garage was a pleasure. Jim was knowledgeable and worked with us to ensure we got what we wanted in our new walk-closet. The 3D design helped us visualize the finished product - and that finished product did not disappoint! We were happy to work with someone local in our community! Jim is kind, professional and easy to work with. We will definitely use New England Closets & Garage for our next project.

I have organized and beautiful closets now. I can say the selection of styles and colors is impressive, and Jim was very creative in the design solution for my dimensionally challenged closet. I would definitely call them in on my next organizing project. The garage . . . Yikes
