I highly recommend Michelle! She truly cares about the dogs and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions and concerns. My dogs are going there for ACL injuries and are doing so much better! They absolutely love her too!
They NEVER returned my call. They just lost a customer! I found a better place in Granby, MA.
I’d give a -1 if I could. Have call 4times in 3 days. No return call. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend them if they can’t return a simple phone call. After note: Called me back 10 days later. Too late.
Michelle was a great help with our dog, Misha, who has a torn ACL, and weakness with pain in her rearend. The new vet took x-rays and found the weakness in the rearend is Arthritis and put her on Galaprant and Glucosamine.The vet also doesn't recommend anymore rehab. We highly recommend Michelle!!
