Fabulous company, with outstanding customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cabinet needs. Stop looking! This is the company you want to do business with!
Cabinet is of good quality and a good buy for the money. Installation is required but there are no assembly instructions dedicated to this unit on-line. No paper assembly instructions are included. If you are familiar with assembly of items like this you can figure it out. A novice may have problems.
I am beyond thrilled with my new cabinet for my bathroom's 'aging-in-place' update. I was waiting to have the installation completed before I sent in a review so that I could show the beautiful cabinet. But, more important than that is the wonderful Customer Service that I received from New England Cabinetry. From the first 'just-an-inquiry' phone call with Christine (which pretty much sold me) to the quick resolution of an issue with a shipper (shipper's fault) the process was easy. Highly recommended!
I am very impressed by the responsiveness, product quality, and drive to ensure customer satisfaction that this company displayed during my recent purchase and interactions with them. Their efforts to quickly resolve and make up for an issue I had with one of my products exceeded my expectations (note, the issue was at no fault of New England Cabinetry & Millwork).
