Voicemail maxed out, can't reach Henry. He installed my bulkhead in the spring of '23 and did a good job at the time but now it's leaking (I believe due to not back filling correctly). Can't reach him so he can take a look.

I tried contacting New England Bulkhead for a quote on a project and could not even get in touch with them. They don't pick up their phone, and they leave their voicemail inbox full so no one can leave any new messages. Extremely unprofessional.
