If I could take these professionals with me, I would. I was traveling from across the country and had the loss of one of my windows. The person answering the phone ordered the correct window and got me into their Montpelier location within 48 hours. The technician was ready when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time. Quality customer service, installed a replacement windshield at my convenience 2 months ago at the best price around....never rated my positive experience until now, my bad!!! Hands down the best auto glass shop in VT. They were able to get me in such a timely fashion and gave me the best price around!! They saved me money on the repairs, and money on the rental I thought I'd have to drive for a lot longer than I did! On top of all that their front desk person, AJ, is such a caring individual!!! He found the gloves I left behind and put them in my car for me! My interaction with him made the whole experience soooo much less stressful. So thankful this place was recommended to me ❤️
