The doctors r great/ the product low-end crap
I received excellent audiology support from New England Audiology for my cochlear implant. The audiologists were outstanding: courteous, efficient, professional, listening to my concerns with patience and respect, performing comprehensive testing and evaluation, and providing relevant recommendations. All have doctorates in audiology and extensive experience. I enthusiastically recommend New England Audiology.
Have a fake recording and won’t answer calls voice saying this number has been disconnected I know enough about electronics to know that they answer calls when there not busy
Best place ever! Dr. Jacques is amazing. She has helped so much. By giving me back the world through my hearing aids. Without her I would be lost. Everyone that works in this practice are just helpful and want to find solutions to anything related to appointments to issues with hearing aids. I’m blessed to have them. I won’t go anywhere else.
Doctor was Great when we purchased my sons hearing aids. Not so great with office personal. We have not been able to get in contact with anyone in the office for months. We have called every day for 2 months. I'm not comfortable leaving my personal information over an answer machine. That could be listened to by anybody and Doing so, doesn't feel protected by HIPPA.
