This was my third trip to the office for hearing aid adjustments. On the way, we got stuck in heavy traffic and called the office to let them know we would be a little late. The call went to voicemail, so we left a message, but no one returned our call. After driving over an hour, I arrived only to be told that they couldn’t see me and that I would need to reschedule because a new trial hearing aid had arrived and would require more time to fit.
