The teacher discount is bogus. Rude cashier requested a pay stub over teacher ID, as if anyone carries that on vacation.
The main tank is closed. It's almost eerie without it.
Save $2 on admission with your Terrier Card. College students can purchase tickets for $20.95 (regularly $22.95).
Bonus points if you can leave with no fewer children than you brought.
30 Rowe Warf (just a block south of the aquarium) has validated $18 parking. Call the aquarium and press zero (operator) if you get lost.
Unfortunately, I went when they were doing a lot of construction. There was hardly anything to see.
Become a member(free) and buy your tickets online, you'll save a ton of time instead of waiting in line! Take a walk around and grab a ticket to the IMax for a little break.
Many exhibits are, unfortunately, a bit outdated. But, they're redoing the Great Ocean Tank between Sept 2012 and July 2013. Aquarium will be open during construction.
There are penguins everywhere! This is your chance to get up close and personal with them.
