New Elite Roofing replaced my entire roof, gutter system and fascia. We used Owen’s Corning True Definition Duration Storm shingles which is rated as Class 4. The price was fair and the work was good and on schedule. Ivan the president is very good to deal with and cares about customer service. I would recommend them for any roofing project.
I needed some help with a small roofing project, so I reached out to Ivan at New Elite. New Elite was fantastic to work with. They got the job done quickly, did great work, and the price was reasonable!
Ivan came out a day after I scheduled an appointment to assess a leak that was caused by yesterday's heavy rain. He quickly identified the issue and suggested a solution that I can take care of myself. If that approach doesn't adequately address the problem, he provided some alternative fixes that he would come out and implement. I appreciate his honesty and pragmatic approach to solving my issue.
I called New Elite Roofing when my new home insurance claimed my roof needed a few spots worked on. Ivan came out for me to have a look and see what was going on. He was very honest with me and told me my roof was completely fine. He even wrote a report saying so and gave me pictures of my roof to give to the insurance to prove things were good up there. I was so thankful for his help. New Elite Roofing is now my top recommendation to anyone I know who needs a roofer and who I'll call when I have any issues with mine.
I contacted New Elite Roofing for some minor repair work from recent storm damage -- a few shingles missing. On the second story, and difficult to access. Ivan responded the same day, and since he was in the area, he was able to stop by and make the repair right away -- excellent work, and I am super pleased. Very friendly and also found an additional shingle missing I had missed. Many thanks! My highest recommendation.
