Great service from start to finish. I called on a Monday for an outlet that was tripping a breaker. They scheduled me for service the next day. The technician showed up ahead of schedule and was able to remedy the problem in less than half an hour. Prompt, courteous, great communication— truly five star service, especially when it’s a struggle to get service based businesses to call you back these days.

Ben was so helpful! We were getting a new washer and dryer delivered and realized we had the wrong outlet. Within 30 mins of us contacting him he let us know we just needed to buy a converter-no electrical services needed. He partnered with us on a solution rather than trying to earn our business. Will definitely be calling him for my next electrical challenge!

Exceptional service from the office getting me set up and prioritized and outstanding quality work and professionalism from Ben and Brandon who did the quote and install. The team was deployed to do the estimate within a day or so and did the work within another day or so. Had them add a few circuits/outlets around my garage and troubleshoot a few electrical issues. Will definitely be working w New Electric for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend.
