Great workers, very professional. I love New Egypt Auto Body because it is a one stop shop. I have taken my car here many times and I don't trust any other shop with my vehicle.
We took our car to a scheduled appointment on a Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. When we didn't hear anything, we stopped in on the following Friday at 1:00 p.m. and the car wasn't even looked at... who has the luxury of leaving a work truck in a garage for 2 1/2 days? Never again...

I've tried multiple times to get an estimate on my car but, apparently, the guy is never there. I called the first day and was told they perform estimates until 4 pm. I got there at 3 pm but the guy stepped out for "at least" 30 minutes. Well, I have a baby so waiting is not an option for me. I called again the next day and the receptionist said the guy wasn't in, but would be back "tomorrow." So I called again the next day and guess what? I cannot rave enough about the excellent work and customer service received. Jason and Lisa helped me a number of times this summer. After all these years with no incidents, misfortune hit my car twice, plus an errant tire pressure light would not go off. The car looks better than new, the light is off, and they have a waiting room that is suitable. I now trust them for the oil changes as they really check the car out. I highly recommend them for both regular maintenance and when you need them for body repairs. A++++
