We had each window in the house swapped out by New Edge and the difference is real. The old ones were single pane, you could feel the temperature shift standing next to them, and a couple were painted shut from god knows how many years back. We wanted the full house done in one go instead of dragging it out, and after looking at a couple spots around Chicago they had the best mix of price and actually explaining what we were paying for. Full window replacement on our bungalow and the new ones look fantastic. We went with a black exterior finish and white inside, which was something New Edge walked us through during the consultation. The casement style we picked for the kitchen and bath open with a smooth crank, no fighting them. Front of the house has the picture window with the two flankers and it really changes the look of the place from the curb. Glass is clear, no distortion at all.

From the consultation through the final walkthrough, New Edge handled our whole-home window project really well. The salesperson came out one evening after work so we didn't have to take time off, and he brought samples we could actually feel and compare. Pricing was clear, broken down per window so we understood what we were paying for. They told us six weeks for the windows to come in and it was almost exactly that. new edge replaced all the windows in our place and im pretty happy with how everything turned out. the old ones were in rough shape, fogged up between the panes on most of them and a few didnt even open anymore. the new ones are a massive improvment visually and you can feel the difference when you stand near them, no cold air leaking in. the crew moved through the house pretty efficiently and kept everything organized. pricing was competitive for a whole house job and they didnt try to add random charges after the fact.

Looked at a few windows companies before going with New Edge. They were responsive from the start and the quote was reasonable for a full house. Install went quick, windows look good, no complaints.
