After 27 years in the same home it’s time to downsize. The old deck had to go so we were able to catch a window in the weather to remove the old deck and do the replacement. The 27 year old deck with 4x4 posts and warped 2x2 pine balusters was removed and replaced with a new 12x20 deck on 6x6 posts with horizontal cables rails and turnbuckle tensioners. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up on a daily basis and also on the final cleanup. We could not be more pleased with the results.
We had an amazing experience working with New Edge! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Not only did they complete our rehab projects with top-notch craftsmanship, but they also played a key role in the design process, bringing creative ideas that truly transformed the space. The New Edge team is incredible! I bought a house that was completely remodeled by New Edge and you can definitely tell they put a lot of thought into every detail! New Edge Renovation and Design helped us in more ways than one. They bought our old home as well as painted the interior of our new one. Their team made the selling of our old home quick and easy, everything this is under one roof! The title company, the realtors, and design team are all in one building! When it came to the painting of the interior of our new home, that process was just as easy. The painters were done within 72 hours and we were able to move in right away!
