Joe from Sanctuary Flooring is a magician! He took on the challenge of refinished my old red oak floors. Joe changed them from ugly orange to absolutely beautiful modern light oak…exactly what I wanted! He made several sample stains on my home floors until he got the exact color I desired. The refinishing process was labor intensive requiring several applications over several days. We’ve used sanctuary flooring several times for personal projects and also referred them to our clients. We’re impressed with the work they do and trust them to do great work for us and the people we refer to them.
Joe was good to work with. We had to replace old gross carpet with wood vinyl, carpet that he removed and disposed of. He explained what options we could use and which one may be best and provided samples for different vinyl. He gave us warranty info for vinyl manufacture when asked as well as his own warranty. Finished product looks amazing, we are very pleased and are also pleased with his reasonable pricing.
