Phoned surgery and found I was second in the queue then got cut off. Phoned again position in queue, one, call answered . Told receptionist of my concern then told to complete online consultation. Registered in first instance then went on to complete form, system crashed on me. Phoned the praxctice and they filled in my details then told someone would contact me within 48 hours by phone. I can't sit for two days waiting for a phone call. Accessibility to doctors is now becoming impossible. It is getting worse.
