Recently, I called the New Dungeness garden nursery and spoke with an employee, Jade. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, that I just had to write a review. It was such a pleasure to have this type of customer service that we don’t often receive anymore. While the nursery is great with a variety of flowers, plants and trees, it’s the service provided that really makes it special. Thank you, again, Jade for being such an exceptional person. You really went out of your way to be kind and it was appreciated!!

Great selection, so helpful and knowledgeable
I would give 100 stars if I could. We always go to garden centers when we travel. We had a few big disappointments in Sequim, then made one last try with this one. Yes, yes, yes! Walked in to a tranquil paradise of plants with seating, beautiful music softly playing and the most gorgeous, healthy, perfectly groomed plants I have ever seen. The owner and staff are wonderful.
