This store is the epitome of walking in needing 1 item and walking out with 20-30. Incredible section of hard-to-find scents (Candles / Diffusers), ultra high-end hard to find shampoos, and home goods decorations you’d have to fly to Milan or Harrods for (Harrods would have a hard time getting their hands on 1/2 New Loft’s inventory).
Was told my prescription was $80 and $10 for delivery fee. Was also told that I will be notify about my delivery and then charged. However I was over charged and have yet to receive my prescription. When asked to speak with supervisor I was told I have to wait until Saturday.
I had such great experiences with this pharmacy until today. I called them on Monday March 11th (still within my 30 days window from the prescription that was called in on 2/13) and was told that my prescription would be ready either yesterday (3/14) or today (3/15). I called them today and not only was it NOT filled as they said it would be but now they say it's an expired prescription.
