Staff needs training on how to interact with people who have disabilities. I almost got turned away right away (looking back I wish I wouldn’t have ever gone in) solely due to me being in a wheelchair. It took a bit for them to understand that I can transfer myself from my chair to the table. Also side note: had I been greeted and then asked if I am able to transfer myself to/from my chair and the conversation went from there I would have been fine with that. They are very nice and good but I think the sign needs updated? The last 2 times I got 30 minute massages they charged me over $60
Rip OFF. I was told I could do 90 minutes for $150, they quit after 60 minutes, and of that 60 minutes, they were massaging 45 of it. Told me, never mind, we don't have time tonight, put here is your bill for $120. what?!/ so you have me half the time but still charged me nearly full price? what a scam. and it wasn't that good. that's what I get for not just sticking with my neighborhood massage place that charges more but you actually get the full massage time so it is less.
I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! an hour massage. With hot stones. Ben was very professional, he massaged medium , and listened when I told him it hurt at times. I was very knotted up. Well worth every penny. Thank you Ben
