Did a table massage and add on the foot massage. The foot massage was so enjoyable where the table massage was very painful. I didn't say anything thinking it was because I was super tense and just needed the knots worked out. After leaving my head and neck were sore but as the day has gone on I can't sit back against anything and I have limited range of motion in both arms due to shoulder pain. I will be back for more foot work but NEVER doing a table massage again.
